REFUND POLICY

Reproductions and non-original products: Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours for a 15% restocking fee. The store is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS). Please contact cat@wildlifebyartcat.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork. 

Original Artworks: All sales of original artwork are final. An order can be cancelled within the fist 24 hours for a 25% restocking & re-marketing fee. Once shipped, returns or exchanges of original work are not available except for the most extreme situations.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping within the United States is done with the USPS.
